Anne went through her teen years which is difficult even now in days, during one of the most horrific events in world history. She had dreams, goals and had every intention of achieving them. Anne wanted to write and was trying to help others, such as Peter, to be a better version of themselves. If only she knew how much her Diary, Kitty, has impacted many lives. "

"Incredible piece of history! Really impressive how Anne Frank documented her life. It's clear she was a writer, and wanted her diary to be read by the public. So educational knowing what day to day life was like hiding from the Nazis, and also so sad, how "normal" it became to them to an extent. I read this before going to Amsterdam, and when visiting the Anne Frank House, I really appreciated having that inside knowledge and understanding."

"it was a very touching book about Anne Frank, a girl known throughout history because of her diary. takes place during the holocaust. because they are Jews, her family is running from the nazis, they have to move into the same building her father works in. her family spends three years in an apartment in holland with another family they hardly know until one day, the Nazis invaded their house and they were taken to different concentration/ work camps. i would reccommend this to anyone who likes books about the Holocaust or about history"
