this book was awesome! it was so fast paced and kept me engaged the entire time. it felt like there were no slow parts and it was very action packed. can’t wait to finish the series!
if you like the tv show criminal minds, then you would definitely love this book. there are many ties to the fbi, psychology and sociology, and some love triangles throughout it which added a nice subplot. i loved how the romance tied into the story, while also being in the background when it should’ve been and i also LOVED the twist at the end. i personally wasn’t expecting it but maybe it’s cause i’m just ignorant, lol. anyway, highly recommend this book!!"

"If you’re a fan of Criminal Minds or even NCIS, this is your book series! It is a very interesting take on teen crime books much like Nancy Drew and the Hardy Boys, only darker and more real. In this series you don’t deal with thieves or pick pockets, no, you deal with serial killers and copy cats. This first installment is very well written and very well played out. It’s safe to say that I’ve read it more than once, no, more than five times at least. She does a good job of setting the stage for the suspect and we even see their point of view form time to time. I highly recommend this book if you ever want to step out of the line of fantasy for something more real and darker. It will leave you speechless!"
