"If you want a fast paced thriller for the night, then this is not for you. But, that does not mean that the movie is bad necessarily. Do I think that it's the best movie of the year? No, but do I think it's worth a watch? Yes. It's worth watching for the creature scenes. The creature in this was freaky! I also think it is done with practical effects (but i could be wrong). I appreciated how you, as an audience member, never truly see the full form of the creature. That helped make it more unnerving. "

"3½☆ 27th of Spooktober - Creature Feature This was... enjoyable. Good acting and direction certainly made it worth it, and the creature was definitely an interesting figure. Well it had a good, dark atmosphere throughout, the filmmakers certainly took their time to introduce the creature, and even then, scenes with the creature were very few. Well the film is eerie, that's as dark as it got. It's more thriller with supernatural elements than it is horror. "
