"A very ****** up movie that makes you feel grimy watching it but with all the grim there's some comedy and heartbreak. The realism of addiction and how it takes over your life in this movie is very uncomfortable but that what makes it great! TW: There is an awful scene with a deceased baby and you do see the body twice so if that sounds like too much for you maybe you should give this one a skip. "
