"A romantic plot centered on destiny, supported by a great cast, with somewhat flawed timing and too little comedy. I didn't feel that Cusack & Beckinsale had much chemistry, and we didn't see them together long enough to fall in love with their relationship. Most of the movie is them chasing after one another (which, although cute, is lackluster if we aren't dying to see them together again). I think the plot is very cute, but the fact they both started in different relationships made them both seem flawed and wasn't important to the storyline in the end. However, I can easily see a hopeless romantic that loves the cast, the 2000's, and the idea of fate, completely enjoying this."
