"Jack Nicholson was the only redeemable quality of this movie. His performance as the Joker was campy and maniacal and he’s by far one of the best Jokers in Batman history. As for the rest of the movie, it was just boring and fell flat. Everyone always talks about Michael Keaton’s Batman but I honestly wasn’t impressed. Not to mention, Vicki Vale is one of the stalest, one dimensional superhero love interests I have ever seen."
"I didn’t mind this movie and think it’s pretty alright but it’s not my favorite Batman movie, but I can say that it showed it was possible to put Batman into a movie and make it successful. I enjoy Jack Nicholson’s Joker, I think was pretty fun and his cartoonish but brutal take on him was very interesting I just think it’s a little to much at times and he maybe chews the scenery maybe a little too much. The story is pretty okay and the the world is cool as always it’s dark, moody and whimsical. The setting by far is my favorite part of both the movie I just think the second movie is more successful with both setting and story."

"Seeing Batman TAS way before this did taint my view of this movie a bit. Joker was the best parts of this movie by a long shot. Micheal Keaton was very rough and a little too eccentric as Bruce Wayne for my tastes, pretty decent as Batman though. All in all, a good movie with some mild replay value."
