"So this movie is cringy, annoying, and weird. Ignoring the outfits, "love that joker" smiles, and the bizarre script, the movie's hidden meaning is what gives it life, and I why I keep rewatching this film.
Zombies are segregated at the start of the film by a fence and separate classroom. Sound familiar? Zed tries to blend in, but also uses his differences to help everyone. As an LGBT person that just hits home.
Some of the songs are catchy, but none of them are very good singers. "
"Y’know...at least Descendants was a waste of a GOOD concept. This doesn’t even have that going for it. Racial coding that even Brightburn would find eyerolling, mind-numbing, forgettable autotuned music, and all for Baby’s First Tolerance Lesson. It was clear long ago that Disney Channel saw High School Musical’s popularity and just kept trying to capture lightning in a bottle from that, but the kids who grew up with HSM have kids who get left with their soupy, rotten leftovers and that sucks. "
"This movie , is about the importance of a movement and making progress. The suitable ways it references its self to the movement of the blacks is great and the sequel does well job with natives. I feel like the musical kid vibes is a good way to teach tolerance and how accepting new people is a good thing. It is a great movie to show to young ones about the importance of accpeting and love #love #endracism #fight"
