"Oh Persephone, you’re the girl I’m yelling to on my TV screen during the horror movie to not walk into the dark room. “Stop! Don’t do it!” And at the same time realizing you’re young and you learn in the same way we all do - through mistakes. Thankfully you have a man who loves you beyond measure and is mature enough to forgive. I love how real and honest your fights with Hades are and how raw the emotions can be. I appreciate how messy this is and there’s still a glimmer of hope. …Hades, how do you always end up saying the right things? I too have never met anyone like you. 🫠🥰"

"I enjoyed the plot MUCH better than the first book! Persephone was terribly annoying in this one though, but I see how it played in conjunction with the plot. Very spicy, but I didn’t like how it was used as tape to fix their issues! Overall 3.5/5 lol"

"I was scared to read after some of the reviews. I’m glad I read it because it was amazing. Persephone was definitely annoying, always looking to start problems but I absolutely love the development with her and other characters. I enjoyed the plot of this book more than the first, although some did break my heart. A certain scene made me out this book down and rethink everything, but I had to pick it up and find out what was coming next. I cried for sure. If you read the first book, this book is a MUST!!!"
