"The information in this book is frightening and depressing but well researched. While I don't agree with all of Haidt's conjectures, his facts are hard to argue and have given me a better frame of mind when thinking about politics and political choices people make. The differences in values between the left and the right and the super scary idea that partisanship is an addiction have really changed my approach toward what I'm seeing in the news. It doesn't entirely ease the frustration but it does help me to better place it. Lol, yeah, woohoo!<br/><br/>Anyway, I gave this a 4 out of 5 because the author narrates his book and he is...not good at it. Can't seem to maintain volume and mumbles at various points. I can't count the number of times I had to rewind and turn him up, only to turn him down again a few seconds later. And I cannot physically read without pain due to migraines so this method is kind of all I've got...unless he comes out with a comic book....<br/><br/>However the book itself is...packed to the gills with facts and breaks down various aspects of each area he discusses very clinically and very well. So, take your time with this one because it is a LOT to process."
