Four: A Divergent Collection

allofakind shared a tip "I have always loved the Divergent series (Amity!!) But I'd never read this book and my friend @emily_d_530 gave it to me to try. I literally loved it so much, it was really a great delve into Tobias's mind both before and during the main events in the first book. Most of the things here were alluded to but seeing them all fleshed out was another thing entirely. I also loved the cutesy scenes with FourTris from his perspective, just coz he's adorable and seeing him get so nervous over such a small but feisty girl was really great, especially knowing where it was going to end up. The book also isn't drawn out with every scene from Divergent, frequently jumping around and actually ending right before the culmination of the original book's climax. Diving into Four's fears makes me want to re-read the original trilogy... and i prolly will 👀"

kristen_lanham shared a tip "I read it years ago so I can’t remember everything, but my favorite parts were when he was falling in love with Tris and suspecting that she’s divergent ! My second favorite is when he was an initiate, he went through so much and turned out to be a great man."
