sheldon_rapoza shared a tip "Thinking Fast and Slow was one of the most important books I’ve ever read and this is Kahneman’s follow up to that. The main topic is distinguishing between noise, which would be the things we all know impact decisions in life but never acknowledge, and bias, which feels worse. The reality is that often things are a lot “noiser” than we care to admit, such as when judges sentence people at the end of a day differently than in the morning. This isn’t better than his first book though, to me."
