Ashley M Using chatGPT helps me get started. It helps me create an outline so I can at least have a direction! Sometimes it just takes that little push to get started. Also, you can tell yourself you’ll work on it for 30 minutes. Shut down your phone, any other distractions. Sometimes going into a different place than I usually do my work helps. Change of scenery. Give yourself the 30 minutes and if you are on a roll, keep going. If not, stop and regroup the next day. When all else fails, I wait until last minute and cram 😂.

Rori Rodriguez I totally feel this. For me, I get really distracted when I'm tired, so I usually take like an hour or less nap (unless the homework is due immediately/that night). If I'm on a time crunch, I talk myself through the homework out loud (like a crazy person) which helps me think through my plan or the problem. I use ChatGPT and Bing AI to help make a general idea/thesis statement for my papers, make sure to reword these or just take general ideas. I also have realized that if I go into a public area, like a coffee shop, to study, I don't let myself get distracted because I worry people will judge me. My coffee and social anxiety powers me lol
