How many of you plan what book you’re going to read for vacations/holidays so it matches the vibe? Like maybe if you’re travelling you’ll get a book that’s set in that particular place, or has a similar landscape, or if it’s Christmas you’ll read books set on or around Christmas time? I want to do this way more often because I enjoy it, how do you do it if you do!

Marilyn Parkinson Depends if I’m in the mood. If I’m going to MX, I try to find a fiction novel abt MX b4 I leave.

Kirsten Teal I try to read at least one book that takes place in the city/ country I’m visiting. It can actually be kind of cool if you notice places mentioned in the book. I usually just search for books that mention that city and then read reviews to see if it’s actually about that.
