Marinda Boydstun I have garb from when I was in the Society for Creative Anachronism Madrigal Singers. Being in the group means performing, of course, and that means garb and a persona to go with it. I settled on the great-grandmother of my first ancestor in the US, William Boydstun in 1656. I pictured her as middle class English or Scottish, perhaps poor nobility. I wore my garb (blue and white) a few times, as Snow White/Cinderella, with bits and bobs of tattered splendor, of various hues of scarlet.
