"Great western in the classic style. Earp is the straight-laced lawman, Holliday is the rough and rowdy gambling outlaw with a conscience and code of honor who allies with the marshal. Good bit of action and drama, with some humor. The musical interludes are a little grating, but don't make up too much of the film. "
