When heroes alone are not enough ... the world needs legends. Having seen the future, one he will desperately try to prevent from happening, time-traveling rogue Rip Hunter is tasked with assembling a disparate group of both heroes and villains to confront an unstoppable threat — one in which not only is the planet at stake, but all of time itself. "It truly is a wonderful show. It's creative, and one of a kind. A lot of fun. Especially if you like the Arrowverse. As in you've watched Arrow, or The Flash.
However, no show is without fault (not even Terra Nova or Julie & the Phantoms (my favorites)). The show can be a bit on the complicated side. But what show about time travel isn't?
This one just sort of loses its appeal. The episodes get more intense and cool, yet I can't force myself to keep watching. All of the DC shows seem to have this problem but this one has it the worse for me.
Maybe it's all the characters, but more characters provide more intrigue. Snart is my absolute favorite of them all. I adored him in every second of the flash and couldnt wait to see him star in his own show. He still made an impact.
I also adored every cameo. It just was a bunch of fun loaded into a great show.
Then I realized the reason I couldn't continue. If you've watched the show you can probably guess about now (I'll say it at end). It didn't help that one of the crossovers eventually did the very same thing with another one I loved. Luckily it redeemed itself by making up for the first reason, but by then I couldn't force myself to continue watching it.
I've noticed the true problem, my bias removed, is that every DC show loves to provide happiness then rip it away. Not only for the main characters but for every single side character too. They create happy outcomes & give them their endings yet will still tear it all away the moment they get the chance. You grow attached to characters & enjoy them. You're happy they can move on & have their happily ever after. But nope something happens & things change or they just kill them off. But I guess that's DC really. Nobody can ever really be happy, unless you're superman.
(As for the 1st reason. This is a SPOILER!!
They kill off Snart in season 1 finale. Yep, I was done. Then they bring him back & kill Grey. Nope. Finished)"
"Incredibly fun, meta, and entertaining!"

"Loved this season from the start… the happiest of all in the fandom… Avalance, natari, and a whole lot more with crossovers in between… never too late to start watching!!!"
