"Wow wow wow!!! Great dystopian novel. The world is so interesting and has obvious flaws that make the plot so dynamic. It's not a thriller but it's thrilling and unexpected in well...unexpected ways! Definitely recommend 5⭐️s"

"Another could not finish book. I honestly couldn't get over the concept being allowed to kill people. There are many different ways that was more suited to keeping balance in the human race. Like child control or not letting people live past 100. This little fact kept me from finishing the book it just didn't make since. The human race as a whole agreed to this and I don't see it. I don't believe John over here should live to be 200 when Alice is only 32. The concept is lost to me."
"Loved this book!! A YA science fiction book about the future. Technology as advanced so much that when people die they can be revived. People live for 100s of years. To keep the population at bay a select group of Scythes glean people- truly killing them. This book is about 2 young apprentice Scythes. I'm starting second of trilogy right away!"
"This book is sooo good!! 10/10!!! Its like a cross between The Blackthorn Key by Kevin Sands and the Hunger Games by Suzzanne Collins! I can’t wait to read the rest of the series! There’s a little bit of swearing, but it’s not very often and they’re not like ‘the super bad’ ones XD. Nothing sexual. Lots of violence and gore tho. "
