"Is this an end of times movie? You'll have to watch to find out. But man, this satire hit way too close to home, pun intended. And the main ending was quite explosive, pun intended. Those aren't spoilers. They're just good puns for this movie. So what do I mean by "main ending"? Well, there are kind of three endings, all showing the outcome for different people. At the end of the credits there was a short scene that was completely unfunny that could have and should have been left out. Before that, just prior to the end credits was another ending, which was apropos but felt silly after what had just come before it. It somewhat took away the feelings THE MAIN ENDING had left me with. Basically, the second ending should have been at the end of the credits and the third one completely left off, leaving the main ending to stand on its own and leave you to process your thoughts through the credits. Great actors, great acting, and a great movie, but it is hard to grasp the funny parts sometimes when you're so busy feeling blind terror for the main characters, as they try to reach ANYONE with the enormity of the situation. Or you're feeling disgust and anger at all the idiots they try to tell. It's kind of hard to connect with the funny when the topic is so earth shattering, pun intended. Regardless, it was a well put together movie and really felt good to see the complete disdain I have for the people of the world reflected through someone's movie because, YAY! Someone else gets it! Sheep followers, social justice warriors, backstabbers, fickle attention seekers, and news/gossip topics that can start and grow to huge proportions overnight and then completely vanish the next day when some sheep herder decides to change the but(t)-hurt craze of the week. I seriously believe that we need an extinction event to get rid of humans. Only humans though. All flora and fauna and turtle doves can stay because they're not the scourge of this beautiful planet. We are."
