"This film felt very suffocating and filled with tension the entire time. I just kept waiting for something exciting to happen but it never did. So in the end I was kinda frustrated idk it’s entirely too slow to not have a big pay off."

The use of darkness and minimal light in many scenes, coupled with the film’s atmospheric score, solidify the film’s dark tone.
