I love the worldbuilding/situations in video games like the Deus Ex series or the Perfect Dark series. Clandestine warfare between 2 factions that aren't countries/nations, espionage, action, etc... Particularly with the sci-fi setting. Are there any good movies or shows that fit this description? Live-action or animated.
