I read this book once but never got to finish it, but I can't find it. It's about a news anchor/talk show host who is being blackmailed/framed out of her job. I know at one point she's drinking coffee and there's a cockroach or some other bug in it. I think it begins with her talking about heels but I could be wrong. I'd love to finish it if anyone knows it!
