"one of my favorite books i’ve read! i found it at a book fair, and could barely put it down once i started. the mother is written wonderfully, and you can see that through her grief she’s able to manipulate chloe into the situation and how she tries to do it with emily as well. it’s such an interesting concept, and it was executed very well imo. lots of twists and turns, and i enjoyed the way it ended. "
