Clarifies difference between "fixing" and "healing."  I enjoyed this book on audiobook, which the author reads himself.  It was an extra bonus to hear him share a story that is intimately his own and hear him laugh at what struck him genuinely funny and emphasize what he did as though the reader were joining him for a coffee & convo with a friend. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟"
