I'm a voyeur-it means I like to watch. And in my line of work, that's a gift.As one of the four owners of the Salacious Players' Club, I'm comfortable on the sidelines. This is what I was made to do, and I work better alone.Until the day I stumble on a certain cam girl app and find myself watching the one person I should never have watched-my step-sister.There are three big problems with this. One, Mia and I can't stand each other. Two, she has no idea I'm the man on the other end of the video. And three...I'm hooked-on the app and on her. Now, Mia has me wanting and doing things I said I'd never do again, like opening up and getting attached. I'm falling for her, but she's falling for the mystery man I'm pretending to be.If I'm going to make this right, then I have to do more than just watch. But how far will I go to keep her eyes on me?

"Dual pov and available on KU this series is 🥵 I thought Praise was spicy and I think this one outdid it! I didn’t love some of the points of tension in this one as it just felt like everything was going to blow up and the 3rd act breakup was going to be horrible and I hate that feeling but I was pleasantly surprised with how the book unfolded! Wasn’t sure about the mental health elements but was pleasantly surprised how it all got addressed near the end. Super quick and easy read. Spice starts super early on in this book but there is still great tension throughout. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5 🌶🌶🌶🌶🌶/5 "

"I liked the first book in the series and I plan to continue reading the rest, but this one was just not for me (and it really is just a personal preference thing). The age gap mixed with the fact that they were step-siblings just didn’t work in my opinion. I felt like the author tried to explain numerous times that they didn’t grow up together so it wasn’t “weird” but that almost made it seem weirder as I was reading? There were some quotes and explanations that just didn’t sit right with me. At times I also felt like there was just too much going on all at once- age gap, step-siblings, virgin, voyeur/exhibitionist and camgirl, forbidden love/enemies to lovers with a dash of mental health issues. It felt a bit like Frankenstein’s monster. If all that sounds great to you, then this book is 100% meant for you and you will probably enjoy it more than I did. All tropes are just not for everyone and that’s okay! "

"Better than the first one, definitely better sex scenes and chemistry between the leads.

But I just find myself unable to give more than 2.5 stars.

Maybe because the taboo aspect was not present.

I should feel like it is forbidden/not normal to sleep with your freaking stepsibling, right?

Lol it's like the author forgot that isn't the norm. She acted like their stepsiblingness wasn't even a deterant or an inconvenience, lol. Like, she didn't even add any tension with the parents or anything.

Also, the heroine claiming to be in love with stepbrother before the events of the books started taking place was one bit I didn't like too much.

I don't like unrequited love from the heroine.

They either should have fallen in love at the same time, or he should have fallen first, and there should have been a push and pull, given that they don't get along, AND they're stepsibling.

So many missed opportunities..."
