"I was a bit frustrated with some whining behavior, especially since Zac is around thirty. I kind of understood the moody system behavior with how he was at the beginning. I didn't expect the incursion surprise but it was definitely spectacular. I like who Zac is becoming better once he's interacting with people again, regardless of species or race. The foreshadowing at the end makes me anticipate the next book more. Read with Kindle Unlimited."
"I'm sorry I did not like this book. I even listened all the way through. I see that a lot of people really really like it, so I don't want to say anything negative about it except that it just didn't engage me like other LitRPG books."
