"A little drawn out, I thought, and then I realized their story is spanned throughout 3 books.<br/><br/>This is a trilogy, huh?<br/><br/>So Aiden and Elsa's story is THIS interesting? We will have to see, I guess...<br/><br/>I usually love cliffhangers, and this was no different, but it did feel little anti climatic tbh.<br/><br/>The whole nightmare/memory situation with Elsa can be frustrating at times, and I just want her to remember already but it's been dragged out so hard, lol."

"3.5/5 The sexual assault scenes, in the beginning, were super distasteful and unnecessary, but I stuck with it because my friend said she really liked the book. A few more moments throughout wrinkled my nose, but I will say that the author was very upfront about that. The rest of the book was pretty good. It had a gripping story and a good twist. I look forward to reading the next book."
