Lana i hate miscommunication about whether one of them is straight. not that it’s bad or unrealistic, it’s just too annoying a problem to me irl to want to then read about it

Quinno Wuinno Yeah, I feel like that’s something I often ask/ communicate to others even when it’s not because of romantic interest

A.LÂ For any couple it would be where one character says "I'm not good enough for you" and the couple breaks up. Like I did not sit through a whole book just for that to be the reason you broke up. I know it's supposed to be a thing where the person cares for the other so much they are willing to step back but it's just annoying.

A.LÂ For queer couples, it's similar to where they break up because society tells them they can't be together. Like I'm reading a book to escape real-world problems. Give the queer couple a reason besides that to break up or not be together. Also the thing where the only two queer characters get together because apparently they are the only two queer people in existence.
