Topic: Skin of the Sea
Does anyone know if Simi spends a majority of her time as a human in this book or does she stay a mermaid, I kind of want to read it but I’ve read to many mermaid books recently where there’s barely any mermaids present.

Kayla Morrison I read this a few years ago, so forgive my spotty memory. She does go back and forth pretty often, but the others on her journey are human so there is a lot of leg content (no mermaids). She goes on a handful of side quests in the sea and there’s several time jump memories that involve her tail and such. It’s not an under the sea story with dozens of mermaids, but it is a beautiful story that was thoroughly researched. I recommend even though it’s not super mermaid heavy.
