"If you’re going to make a movie about pagan Finnish folk beliefs, maybe don’t rely exclusively on Christian devils, which are absolutely not pagan folk belief from Norse countries, they are Christian. Christian devil worshipping is NOT Nordic pagan belief. This movie was an abomination. There is such rich folklore and culture from Nordic pagan culture and instead of using it, the writers lazily used Christian devil worshipping. Baphomet is a Christian devil, NOTHING to do with Finnish folk beliefs from pre Christian times which is what the movie asserts. Writers should have spent 5 minutes reading a book about that land and its culture. This movie is trash."
