leviangelos shared a tip "Beautifully done, gets you in Vincent's head really well and as a small observation from myself as an illustrator, I really really enjoyed how they showed the process of sketches and paintings. In most movies the actor will put a few "finishing touches" on their drawing and it's clearly done by a professional and they're just scribbling a bit at the end, but this one shows sketch line as they're being drawn and I'm super interested in how they did that. Maybe an artist double, like a stunt double lol. I'd love that job :)"

There is a sentence said in the movie that stayed with me.... that he was sowing the way for a new generation who might understand him better... I think he understood that during his time, he would not be appreciated, not be loved... and yet today, he is one of the most beloved painter of his time... I can see why this movie won so many prizes..."
