"If you saw Peppermint then you won’t be surprised by what kind of movies the guy who did Taken makes now. You’d have to be a pretty big Kate Beckinsale fan to finish this mediocre, amusing, poorly directed, progressively better B action movie. It’s sets such low expectations with the worst opening scene in history. But I, I’m not afraid to say, am such a Beckinsale fan. Because of modern medicine, she looks exactly like what she looked like in Serendipity, maybe missing a few expressions. A downright action legend, despite being just 89 pounds, who’s been in the game a long time and she brings it in this. C minus at best. Helped tremendously by a cool cast of character actors and the fact the big bad is a Putin ringer. If you want to watch a better Kate movie, go watch Jolt again. Now what I really want to see one with both Kate AND Jennifer! No"
