Spoilers. What’s scary about this movie is how much you, the viewer, want to believe the best of people. You want to believe Aaron is doing the right thing by going to Josef; you want to believe Josef isn’t a monster, the same way you want to believe Aaron was doing something other than stealing Josef’s phone earlier in the movie. Creep uses your need to believe that people are essentially good against you. I’ve never seen anything quite like it. Worth a watch or two.
