"It was cringe at some points, but the storyline was almost the same as the movie just some things had different outcomes… I think the show had some potential for another season sadly it didn’t get another one."

"If you like teen drama, this is for you! Ethan Peck, who plays Patrick is super hot and I could not resist the romance. Love the main character and her dad. I binged the whole thing, but beware it got cancelled on a cliffhanger. I watched this before seeing the original film, so I didn't have to compare it the way most people do. Pretty much the only similarity between the original and the show is the character names and some personality things, but two very different end results."
