"Anastasia Allen has worked her entire life for a shot at Team USA. A competitive figure skater since she was five years old, a full college scholarship thanks to her place on the Maple Hills skating team, and a schedule that would make even the most driven person weep, Stassie comes to win. No exceptions. Nathan Hawkins has never had a problem he couldn't solve. As captain of the Maple Hills Titans, he knows the responsibility of keeping the hockey team on the ice rests on his shoulders. When a misunderstanding results in the two teams sharing a rink, and Anastasia's partner gets hurt in the aftermath, Nate finds himself swapping his stick for tights, and one scary coach for an even scarier one. The pair find themselves stuck together in more ways than one, but it's fine, because Anastasia doesn't even like hockey players...right?" -- page 4 of cover.

"Truly an amazing read! The world building, character development, even the sport exploration is just so amazing. I’m glad that there are more books that in this book reality so that I can continue to read about everyone in the this one, because it wasn’t just the two MCs that were well written. The two MCs go through so much but still the end is whole and happily complete, the author did a great job of leaving more to the story but not making the ending a cliffhanger. This book is candidly excellent. "
"An enjoyable romantic comedy. It was missing some substance for me. The stubbornness by both characters was a little annoying and not endearing. "

This. Book. Would. Never. End.
I have never DNF’d a book. I am one of those stubborn readers that insists if I paid for the damn thing, I’m going to finish it. This book brought me so close so deleting my Kindle from existence. It is so long and drawn out for NO REASON. I skimmed through the last 20% because the author wouldn’t shut up about the same crap. I could have scrambled the chapters together and you wouldn’t be able to tell the difference because hardly anything changes in the book, that is not an exaggeration.
If you thought this would be a cute romance book with two athletes, you are in for a rude awakening. There is hardly any athleticism in the book, Hannah Grace evidently has absolutely 0 idea how sports work. This is a college sex book hot off the Wattpad press.
None, zero (0), absolutely not a single one of the characters in this book is likable. They all fawn over Anastasia who has a bad attitude then cries if someone says she will never be loved. She is a hypocrite, selfish, and a complete doormat who needs rescuing. It’s like the author vomited all of her middle school ideals of a dramatic life into a book. There are 700 side characters but only 4 that really show up throughout the book. And all of them, every single one, loves to know that Nate and Stassie are hooking up. It’s weird!!!
Speaking of, 90% of this book is sex. Which, if that’s your thing that’s great, but there are maybe 10+ sex scenes. And no plot. Aaron was just written to be the worst possible villain on the planet, he’s not a believable character at all. There’s no point being eager to hear about Nate playing a game or Anastasia’s figure skating because you will hardly hear anything about that. The back and forth between them was sickening and stroke inducing. This book could have easily been 250 pages and been SO MUCH BETTER.
Such a waste of my life. Hannah Grace, respectfully, stay further than 500 ft away from me at all times."
