Den of Thieves 2: Pantera

"If you enjoyed the first film as much as I did, then you'll probably be as disappointed with this sequel as I am. Even though both movies have similar runtimes, Den of Thieves 2: Pantera has major pacing issues so time drags, and feels much longer than it is. We also lose the intimate, close knit feeling of a crew that has history together in this film, as none of the players know each other, outside of Donny and Nick. It also traded the raw, gritty feel of the first film for a more European vibe with characters that are utterly forgettable. It's not totally bad, but it definitely doesn't live up to the first one as a worthy successor. 7.5/10"

"Being a big fan of the Heist/Crime genre, of course I had to check this out. While not as good as the first one it was decent, this is a continuation of the story. The first one had a twist ending and this one kinda have one also, some nice action scenes in this one but not action heavy. A good watch if you're looking for something new to watch."

"I wasn't expecting much from this movie, but it still didn't even meet that. The movie certainly did have more charm than the first one, but that's the only positive I had. The acting wasn't great but not horrible. The action scenes were surprisingly well shot. What killed my enjoyment was the pacing. It took forever for the movie to get going, and the ending was dragged out. A good 30 min could've been cut from this movie, and it would have been much better. For an action film, this one was the opposite of an adrenaline rush. "

"Definitely not as great as the first movie. But I think that was expected by most people. It sort of seemed as though they weren’t planning on making the second film. Like many others, I found the movie a bit slow. Definitely more comedy in this one which was nice- but it got to a point where it came off as fluff. The action was good and shot very well. But all in all, I didn’t leave the theater saying “wow that was really good!” Would I watch it again? Yes. But it’s nothing to write home about. 3/5 ⭐️"
