"Whoa. This book is incredibly intense and deep and explains so much of the Winstons’ family story. There are so many trigger warnings for abuse, and it is really difficult to read at some points and I had to remind myself that this is fiction. However, I am absolutely in love with Billy Winston and Scarlett. The bond that they have is quite intense in retrospect, considering they had maybe a week together. It was hard to keep track of time as this book went on, and that was the only part that felt a little off for me, especially considering their young ages. I immediately want to dive in to the next book and I can’t wait to reach the conclusion of the series even though I never want to stop hearing about the Winston family. 4.5⭐️, 0.5🌶"
