"I know that this book has some very mixed reviews, but I personally really enjoyed it! Yes, the writing was simplistic, overly so at times, but the vibes were immaculate! It was so sweet and cozy, and I actually kind of appreciated the simplicity of it. It was very low stakes, but it never bored me. The world building wasn't great, but the baby dragons were a definite win! The main characters were adorable together, and the romance was so sweet and wholesome! Plus, Aiden's baby dragon, Sparky, was an absolute hoot! I adored him soooo much! Overall, I really enjoyed this book, and I'd definitely recommend it to someone looking for a cozy, low stakes read. I would however recommend physically reading it, rather than listening to the audiobook. The book is dual POV, but the audiobook isn't dual narration, and the narrator does a very poor job of distinguishing between Saphira’s and Aiden's voices, which makes it a bit difficult to follow along at times. Fake marriage, opposites attract, only one bed, slow burn, shy MMC, sunshine FMC, he falls first, small town, adorable baby dragons, cozy vibes, and dual POV!"
