"Full disclosure: I knew by page one that I am not the target audience for this book. Maybe when I was 13 this would have been the book of the week for me? It is very unoriginal for a YA book. And there was actually not a lot of ocean imagery for a book that takes place underwater. The setting felt like an excuse for ocean puns. There was really so much that took me out of the book. Bubble tea cafés? Bleaching hair underwater I normally live juvenile books but this one lacked substance "
"Amazing detail and storyline."

"This is honestly such a good book! It is part of a series I found myself lost in. It was one of those books that when you paid it stop reading you forget your not in that word. The author is her descriptive and draws in the reader! "
