This is one of the better star wars books I've read. I enjoyed seeing into Padmé's process and especially the connection between her and her handmaidens. I loved how all their skill sets came into play throughout the book and how they worked together for the greater good. The girls were the best part and should have been the sole focus in my opinion. The fluff bits detailing what was going on with other characters was obvious to anyone who has seen The Phantom Menace so it felt unnecessary, but at least they didn't spend long on those parts. Overall a good book!"

"If you love Star Wars, especially the female characters you will love this. I liked this one even better than I liked Queen’s Shadow. Getting to see the world through Padmé and her handmaidens’ eyes was fascinating. Hoping for more Sabé books in the future. "
