"I thoroughly enjoyed this short story collection! Like any anthology, there were some stories I enjoyed more than others. But what I loved most was the authors’ dedication to honoring the iconic voice deductive reasoning, Miss Marple herself.

I paired this with a book from the actual Agatha Christie series that these take inspiration from, and I have to say, all the authors did an amazing job. I’ve only read two of the Miss Marple novels, but these samplings not only reference the stories (The Body in the Library came up a few times, as well as A Caribbean Mystery), but the captured the essence of what makes Miss Marple solving crimes so interesting. It’s about human nature, rather than twists and tricks, that make up the core of the tales.

Favorites include:"
