"This plot was pretty understandable after just finishing a different book about altered memories. While Alice's were not necessarily changed they were taken away from her. It's a very interesting circumstance. Imagine yourself ten years ago. Likely you wouldn't think you have change much but to a fresh ten year younger you the change is drastic.

Whether you like it or not memories and experiences shape who you are. So it was very gripping, reading about Alice and her situation. Even though I enjoyed the story it did bog down at times. It felt like the author made Alice ignorant to keep mystery alive. She didn't want to know what was right there in front of her face.

Still the family dynamics and the overall character arc was very well displayed. There was also a great message about infertility and the hardships of raising a family. The ending was appreciated as well and made the story feel complete."
"Great twist and funny!"
