"Dnf 50% in.<br/><br/>The intrigue was here but the writing style just wasn't for me. Sentence didn't flow very well. I often had to back up and reread sections. The scene changes were frantically quick. In all honesty gave me a headache. And the story deadpanned a quarter of the way thru. Didn't learn enough about the characters to continue."

Something I notice in books with male protagonists is that the female side characters make absolutely no difference in the plot, but the female side characters in this one were fun and fresh and I loved them. Will probably pick up the next book, especially since I wanna read more about Maud"
