so weird that even my book characters are aging ! this one is a slightly different vibe from the other two. i am forever amazed at Lee’s ability to write such distinct characters all from the first person point of view. it is so interesting to see characters who’s point of view you’ve read from represented in someone else’s point of view. the first will always hold a special place in my heart, but this was a lovely piece that dealt masterfully with some difficult topics, in my opinion

idk, it was pretty good, likeable characters and interesting plot. needlessly explicit and questionable at times, though, so i probably won’t finish the series even though the book was enjoyable overall

another incredible installment in this series. i have the highest expectations every time, that are always exceeded. although the voice is, of course, different, it is just as enjoyable and effective. the plot was just as long, twisting, and exciting as the first book.

adorable, super sweet, super short novella. the voice is still perfect and the characters are just as loveable as in the original

ah another short, lovely story. a perfect sequel and the very end scene was a parallel to the first scene where they met ((i know that makes no sense if you haven’t read it)) and it’s so perfect. the long((ish)) wait for the happy ending is beyond worth it. short, sweet, lovely

Super short, very sweet. because of the shortness, you don’t know the characters very well, but you love them anyways. almost bittersweet. can’t wait to read the second

incredible book, but WAY more,, explicit,, than i’d like to read. other than that, though, absolutely captivating plot and characters. it’s easy to read but not overly simple. i will certainly be reading the sequel

ah! possibly better than the first one. i don’t do audio books, but that was all that was available, and Dani Martineck’s reading of this was incredible and actually made it so much better. they are so talented all of the voices were distinct and they had so much range. the book itself was also very good. the end is a bit gory-er than anything in the first book or in the first half of this book. definitely worth a read!!!
