"Joker is Brian Azzarello's effort to humanize the Joker, main antagonist from DC's Batman comics. It depicts him as a normal man who has a mental illness as opposed to a sadistic evil Clown Prince of Crime. It is well written and does make more sense in a realistic world view of good vs. evil."
