"This was a really good book. I feel like the storyline developed well because most parents and children tend to grow apart. I thought it was relatable to most people. The ending was sweet, I enjoyed it. Overall a good read."

"This book is just... fine. Typical overbearing mother, typical terrifying teenage girls across America of sleeping with their boyfriends. Can't help but feel like this book contributed to the stigma that losing your virginity to anyone but the "right person" = losing an important aspect of your self worth. At least the pregnant girl had a happy ending, and the concept of teen pregnancy was neither stigmatized nor romanticized."
