Topic: The 7 1/2 Deaths of Evelyn Hardcastle

If you haven’t read, The 7 1/2 deaths of Evelyn Hardcastle, because “iTs ToO lOnG” 450 pgs isnt long its worth the pages. THE TWIST HAS ME BY THE NECK. It may seem confusing if you aren’t giving it the chance, but omg soo worth it, I hate that I waited so long but I’m telling you its worth it. Read it. And then tell me you suspected the culprit 😮‍💨😮‍💨

Morgan I’m listened in audio and it didn’t even feel long. That’s how i like to get through those books that feel big and intimidating

Maribel @gen_cole I requested a hold for both at the same time and got the book first. Did the audio have like a cast, like daisy jones and the six? I also go to audios when i get intimidated, this one however felt like i was rushing myself to know what happens 😂

Debbi Carman 100% agree! Could not stop and I didn't want it to be over so that when I was nearing the end I had to force myself to slow down so I could savor it. Very good writing, so smart, and fun. I wish every book I read gave me that experience!

DaRo reads It truly is a ride of a read. When I first started I thought I had picked up the wrong book, lol. But then the fun begins as so many layers are revealed. This is one I would really love to see made into a series, not a movie since too much would be lost.

Maribel I was telling my bf the same thing! I picture a haunting in hill house vibe for a mini series. I loved this book, definitely the expectation for mysteries now, but just the many layers but the strong plot and characters too. Like everyone had a role and they all played it well. What a crazy game to play

DaRo reads @mac.xo716 Yes! I keep searching for another book that gives me those twists and layers and only found one that gave some of the same feels.

Kelsey Davey Yes! We listened to the audio book as well (the narrator is fantastic), and we absolutely devoured it! It didn't feel too long or unnecessarily drawn out. 100% worth the pages, and 100% needed to be that long.
