Yuuri Katsuki carried all of Japan's hopes on his shoulders to win at the Gran Prix Finale ice skating competition, but suffered a crushing defeat. He returns home to Kyushu and half feels like he wants to retire, and half feels like he wants to continue ice skating. Suddenly the five-time consecutive world championship ice skater Victor Nikiforov appears before him with Yuri Plisetsky, a young Russian figure skater who is already defeating his seniors. Victor and both Yuris take up the challenge on an unprecedented Gran Prix series.

"I dropped this for the dumbest reason possible. I am very bad with second hand embarrassment and my guy Yuri was taking L's left and right and I felt so bad for him. He did the choreography for a girl I assume is his crush but she has kids and a husband apparently and her kid posted him doing it and everyone is like "this Yuri guy is a moron" and I couldn't go past that bc I felt so awful. I even tried to hate Yuri and think he's annoying so I could finish the episode but he's very sweet "

"My favourite anime! Love love love it!! The skating is so interesting, and I love the characters. The ship is so cute as well! I love everything about it and had a hangover where I couldn’t move on for a while because I loved it so much. If you haven’t watched it yet, I highly recommend it."
