"my peers killed this one for me in the 2000s by overwatching it to death during sleepovers and soccer trips. even then i would have only rated it a four, because it felt like a series of disconnected skits with a loose plot goal stringing them together. also the fish designs are kinda ugly. it was probably aimed at an audience a little too young for me at an awkward age, so i have little nostalgia for it.
that said, it is extremely quotable."
