Breakfast with Scot

"So the plot of the movie is the boys mother passes away and the mum's ex boyfriend who has been given custody is no where to be found. So they make the brother of the ex boyfriend foster him. That brother is also hardly ever with the kid. The brother's boyfriend spends most of the movie with the kid. Both appear to be in the closet when out and about. The boyfriend bullies the kid into hiding because he doesn't want anyone to know he's gay and doesn't want the kid to get hurt. Its supposed to be heart warming, but it's mostly depressing and boring. Not sure how I'd handle the situation if I was in theif shoes, but as far as movies go it just wasn't entertaining to watch. "

"I watch this movie every year about this time, it's Canadian, and it's great! It will make laugh out loud, bring a tear to your eye, but mostly will open your eyes. Absolutely love it!!"
