"Saw this in the 80s as a kid and immediately became one of my regular weekly $1 VHS rental picks (along with GPK, for more of context of my tastes 🤭). I haven't seen this movie since the 80s though till Shudder popped it on the New Releases and I just finished watching it and Alligator has aged so well, and was as great as I remembered. Practical effects were 5/5 and I have zero complaints about the acting or story, it's a perfect movie just how it is."
